Writers Roundtable – December 11, 2018

Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 6:30-7:30PM Writer’s Roundtable

Inside the Coffee Press at Paseo Verde Library in Green Valley Ranch. This month’s conversation starter: “Heating Up During The Holi-daze”  Worried about how you’re going to stay productive when your usual critique groups and peers are occupied with the holidays and parties? Use this time to make progress on your writing! Join us as Tonya Todd moderates this discussion on ways to use this so called down-time to your benefit.  She’ll talk about drafting a query letter, drafting a synopsis, researching the right agents for when you’re ready to query, going through the notes from all the workshops and conferences you’ve attended this past year and incorporating them in your full manuscript and more. Do you write by the seat of your pants? Check your story structure by creating an outline around your WIP. There is still work you can do outside of your normal accountability framework! Let’s use this time to make some promises to ourselves and new friends before we ring in the new year! See you there!
